1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and ceobd ("the Company", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the website located at ceobd.io and all related services, features, content, and functionality offered through it.

By registering an account, logging in, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise using any part of the ceobd platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms in full. If you are accessing the platform on behalf of another person, you represent that you have the authority to bind that person to these Terms.

These Terms apply to all users of the ceobd platform, including players located in Dhaka, Chittagong, Sylhet, Khulna, Rajshahi, Barisal, Rangpur, Mymensingh, Cox's Bazar, and all other locations throughout Bangladesh from which the platform is accessed.

2. Eligibility and Age Verification

The ceobd platform is strictly available to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you meet this minimum age requirement. ceobd operates a zero-tolerance policy on underage gambling and will take all reasonable steps to verify the age of its players.

ceobd reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time. Acceptable documents include a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or birth certificate issued by the relevant Bangladeshi authority. Failure to provide satisfactory age verification documents within the timeframe specified by ceobd may result in account suspension or permanent closure.

You also represent that you are not located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law, that you are not acting as an agent for another person for the purpose of placing bets, and that you are not registered as a problem gambler with any self-exclusion program that would prevent you from using gambling services.

3. Account Registration

Each individual player is permitted to hold only one registered account on the ceobd platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single person, whether under the same name or different identities, is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Where duplicate accounts are identified, ceobd reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit any balances or pending withdrawals.

3.1 Accuracy of Registration Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and contact details. You are responsible for keeping your registration information up to date. ceobd may verify the information you provide against third-party databases and reserves the right to suspend your account pending verification if discrepancies are found.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party. Any activity that occurs on your account while using your credentials is your responsibility, whether or not it was authorised by you. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify ceobd support immediately. ceobd cannot be held responsible for losses arising from unauthorised account access where you have failed to maintain adequate credential security.

3.3 Account Closure

You may request the closure of your ceobd account at any time by contacting our support team. Any real-money balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method, subject to standard verification requirements. ceobd reserves the right to close or suspend any account that is found to be in breach of these Terms, at its sole discretion and without prior notice.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

ceobd supports deposits and withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. The availability of specific payment methods may vary by region and is subject to change without prior notice.

4.1 Minimum and Maximum Deposit Limits

The minimum deposit amount on the ceobd platform is ৳200. Maximum deposit limits per transaction and per day may apply depending on the payment method used and your account verification status. Details of current deposit limits are displayed in the account cashier section at the time of transaction.

4.2 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframes specified in the cashier section, typically within 24 to 72 hours of approval for standard verification accounts. ceobd reserves the right to carry out additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically possible. ceobd does not charge fees on standard withdrawals, although your payment provider may apply their own charges.

4.3 Currency and Conversion

All player accounts on the ceobd platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). No currency conversion is applied to deposits made via local Bangladeshi payment methods. Where international card payments are used, any currency conversion applicable is handled by the card issuer and is not the responsibility of ceobd.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

ceobd offers various promotional bonuses to both new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL, IPL, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. Each individual promotion is governed by its own specific terms and conditions, which are published alongside the promotion and must be read in conjunction with these general Terms.

5.1 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds awarded by ceobd are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn as real money. The specific wagering requirement applicable to each bonus is stated clearly in the promotion's individual terms. Unless otherwise specified, bonus funds must be wagered the stated number of times using real-money bets before a withdrawal of any associated winnings is permitted.

5.2 Bonus Abuse

ceobd operates a strict anti-abuse policy. Any player found to be exploiting bonus offers through arbitrage betting, the use of multiple accounts, collusion with other players, or any other method designed to circumvent the intended purpose of a promotion will have their bonuses voided, associated winnings forfeited, and their account may be permanently closed. ceobd's decision on bonus abuse matters is final.

5.3 Modification and Cancellation of Promotions

ceobd reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. In the event that a promotion is cancelled, any bonus funds that have already been credited to a player's account but not yet used will be forfeited. This clause does not affect real-money funds already deposited by the player.

6. Gameplay Rules and Fair Use

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ceobd platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities where appropriate:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent registration information.

• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated betting activity.

• Exploiting technical errors, software bugs, or misconfigured odds for financial gain.
• Attempting to launder money or use the platform for any illegal financial activity.
• Harassing, abusing, or threatening ceobd staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Engaging in chargebacks or payment reversals after receiving associated bonuses or winnings.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to ceobd systems, databases, or other players' accounts.

8. Responsible Gaming

ceobd is committed to promoting responsible gaming and minimising the potential harm that can arise from problem gambling. The platform provides a range of tools to help players manage their gambling activity. These include deposit limits, session time limits, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion options. Players may activate any of these tools at any time through their account settings or by contacting ceobd support.

Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly. Once a self-exclusion is in place, ceobd will take reasonable steps to prevent the excluded player from accessing the platform and will not send promotional communications to the player during the exclusion period. 9. Intellectual Property

All content on the ceobd platform, including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, logos, icons, text, audio, video, and the overall appearance of the website, is the intellectual property of ceobd or its licensed third-party suppliers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gambling activity. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the ceobd platform without the prior written consent of ceobd.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ceobd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption.

ceobd's total cumulative liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount of real-money funds deposited by you to your account in the 30-day period preceding the event giving rise to the claim. This limitation does not apply to liability that cannot be excluded by law.

ceobd makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the availability, accuracy, completeness, reliability, or suitability of the platform or its content for any particular purpose. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

11. Data and Privacy

ceobd collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an account on the ceobd platform, you consent to the collection, storage, and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree with any amended Terms, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 3.3 above.

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any individual promotion terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and ceobd with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior or contemporaneous agreements, representations, or understandings.
